The recipe of preparing fruits jelly  

To prepare a fruit jelly,rinse the mold with cold water at first and let it dry completely then place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.Peel the oranges and apples,bring out the core of them,cut them in the same size cubes,bring out the mold from freezer,pour the crushed fruits in it and put it in the freezer about 30 minutes again.

Pour the water,sugar,essences and gelatin powder in a milk pot and heat the flame of oven to boil the ingredients of fruit jelly.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly so that the gelatin powder and sugar be dissolve.Turn the oven flame off and leave the milk pot to be cold.

Then bring out the mold which contains fruits from freezer and pour the ingredients ,which are in milk pot,in the mold and put it in the freezer for 2 hours to set your fruit jelly well.

At the end,bring out the mold of fruit jelly and roll the jelly into a crystal plate to give a more effect to it and decorate it with a few ice cream scoops,chocolate or cream.Good appetite
